Kay is a Licensed Conveyancer and specialises in freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing, including lease extensions and enfranchisement both locally and nationally with extensive experience with London properties.

Kay has worked in the local area for the last 17 years and in total has been working in the Conveyancing sector in North and West Dorset for the last 30 years.
