If you are obtaining a mortgage to purchase your property, we will receive mortgage instructions and will ensure you understand the terms, requirements and any penalties associated with your borrowing. We will deal with your mortgage company to make sure that funds are released on the correct day to enable completion to happen.
We know that the timing of your purchase can be crucial, especially if your purchase is linked to a property sale, new job or forms part of a larger chain, so will provide you with a realistic estimated timescale at all times and will liaise with all other parties to achieve the best date possible.
Our job doesn’t stop on moving date, we will submit the Stamp Duty Land Tax return online and pay any SDLT due and submit the up to date title documents to the Land Registry to register you as the new owner. Once the Land Registry has updated their records, we will let you know and send a copy of your deeds to you or your mortgage company as directed.
