Joe Cooke

Joe qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and specialises in all aspects of children law.

He represents parents and extended family-members at all stages in care proceedings, where local authorities are considering removing children from their parents’ care. He also represents parents in private matters relating to arrangements for their children, such as where the children should live and contact with non-resident parents.

He is sensitive to the fact that clients involved in these cases will probably find it very stressful, particularly at Court hearings. Therefore, wherever possible he will represent his clients at Court, so as to provide them with continuity and support.
