Katy is a licensed conveyancer and specialises in the buying and selling of houses and flats (including shared ownership properties).
Katy qualified as a licensed conveyancer in March 2006, having studied by distance learning whilst working as a secretary/assistant in a conveyancing department in a small local firm. She joined Gareth Webb in October 2006, taking over the running of the conveyancing department.
